Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall resort operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and smooth departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, and F&B.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations.
- Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Allocate staff duties and supervise teams.
- Ensure compliance with resort standards.
Mandatory Skillset & Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 3–5 years of hospitality management experience.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in boutique/luxury resorts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
