Tea, Juice

We are hiring a Tea and Juice Maker for our café and bakery. The ideal candidate should be skilled in making a variety of teas, juices, shakes, and mojitos, and must be passionate about trying new recipes and drink varieties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve different types of tea such as Irani chai, cutting chai, masala tea, and milk tea.
• Make a wide range of juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mojitos, and other beverages.
• Assist in preparing dessert-style drinks and café specials.
• Experiment and create new varieties of juices and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage section.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage stock of fruits, tea ingredients, and beverage supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a café, juice shop, or restaurant as a Tea Maker / Juice Maker / Beverage Chef.
• Must know to prepare different types of tea and beverages.
• Creativity and curiosity to try new varieties of juices and mojitos.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced café environment.
