Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Tea/Juice Maker to join our café team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about preparing and serving refreshing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including:

· Fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and mocktails

· Traditional and specialty teas (milk tea, green tea, lemon tea, etc.)

· Iced teas, cold coffees, and other refreshing drinks

1. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all beverages.

2. Experiment and develop new beverage recipes for the menu.

3. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the beverage counter area.

4. Properly handle, clean, and store fruits, ingredients, and utensils.

5. Manage stock levels for all beverage supplies and report replenishment needs.

6. Ensure timely service and coordinate smoothly with service and kitchen teams.

7. Follow café standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Minimum 12th pass.

· Experience:

o Minimum 2+ year of experience as a Tea Maker, Juice Maker, or in a cafe/beverage outlet.

o Prior experience in a cafe, bakery, or hotel industry will be a plus.

· Knowledge of different tea and juice recipes.

· Must maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

· Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.

· Ability to work under pressure during rush hours.

· Maintain a neat appearance and positive attitude.

· Should enjoy working in a lively cafe setting with teamwork and enthusiasm.
