Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media channels, analyzing web performance metrics, and conducting online marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role involves creating engaging content and ensuring effective communication with the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
  • Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills
  • Experience with Web Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

What You'll Do:

·      Plan & execute 
performance marketing campaigns
 (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Programmatic) to drive 
app installs & SaaS signups
.

·      Optimize 
ASO (App Store Optimization)
 for better organic visibility & conversion rates.

·      Manage 
paid user acquisition (UA)
 with a focus on 
ROAS, CPI, and retention metrics
.

·      Run 
A/B tests
 (landing pages, ad creatives, CTAs) to improve CVR & reduce CAC.

·      Develop 
email/SMS automation
 (lifecycle marketing) to boost engagement & reduce churn.

·      Analyze data (Google Analytics 4, Firebase, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Branch) to refine strategies.
