Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Twin Implementation: Develop and maintain digital twin models for buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Tandem and related Autodesk tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Forge API, etc.).
  • Data Integration: Connect BIM models with real-time data sources (IoT sensors, asset data, building management systems) to create dynamic, data-driven digital twins.
  • Platform Customization: Contribute to the design and development of custom platforms and dashboards for Digital Twin visualization, simulation, and analytics.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support operations teams by enabling asset lifecycle management, predictive maintenance, and facilities management through digital twin solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to understand project requirements and deliver digital twin solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Automation & Interoperability: Build workflows and integrations between Autodesk Tandem and third-party platforms to ensure smooth data exchange.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate accuracy, performance, and reliability of digital twin models across design, construction, and operations phases.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay updated with evolving trends in Digital Twin, IoT, AI, and BIM integration to enhance workflows and propose new approaches.
  • Documentation & Support: Prepare technical documentation and provide training/support to project teams and clients for effective adoption of Digital Twin platforms.

  • To plan and implement efficient project management methods efficiently towards software development.
  • Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.

Educational Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
