Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Influencer Community Building Specialist. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers in the skincare and beauty industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, strategizing content collaborations, monitoring influencer performance, engaging with the online community, and working closely with the social media and marketing teams to build brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with a deep understanding of industry trends and tools.
  • Sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage collaborations and partnerships.
  • Proactive and creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies for influencer engagement.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry is highly desirable.

Job Details

Location: On-site at Aminu Wellness, Kandivali West, Mumbai

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Compensation: depending on experience and skillset (let's discuss)
