Junior Accountant
Position: Junior Accountant
Department: Accounts
Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Handling bank entries, reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Supporting month-end closing and preparing basic financial reports.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups and clarifications.
- Ensuring all data is updated, organized, and error-free.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally/ERP preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
- Qualification: B.Com/Commerce background preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher can also apply).
