We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to the accounting field and are eager to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper allocation of costs.

Account Reconciliation:

  • Perform bank and other account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Taxation:

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax laws.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and assist with vendor queries.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles, policies, and company standards.
  • Assist with audits and provide documentation when required.
