About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enter and update data in company databases with accuracy.

  2. Verify, correct, and maintain data to ensure its completeness.

  3. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports.

  4. Retrieve data as requested by team members or management.

  5. Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.

  6. Coordinate with different departments to ensure correct data flow.

  7. Maintain confidentiality and follow company data handling guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

  2. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets).

  3. Good typing speed and accuracy.

  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  6. Basic communication skills.

Notice Period: 15 days to 1 month

Work Experience

0–2 years of experience in data entry or related roles.

(Freshers with good typing speed can also apply.)
