Overview The role requires a strong technical background combined with problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Design solar energy systems tailored to specific project needs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Perform energy yield assessments and system optimization.
  • Analyze shade impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols throughout project phases.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues post-installation.
  • Assist in securing project financing and grants.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in solar engineering or related role.
  • Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of photovoltaic technology and electrical systems.
  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of battery storage and hybrid systems is a plus.
  • Certifications in solar energy or related fields are preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful solar project delivery.
  • Passion for sustainable energy and environmental stewardship.
