About the job:
The back office executive is responsible for providing essential support to the operational side of the organization. This role requires efficient handling of administrative tasks, data entry, maintaining records, and supporting front-line employees by performing crucial behind-the-scenes work. The position requires an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:
1. Data management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the company's databases or CRM systems.
2. Communication support: Act as a liaison between departments, handling email correspondence, phone calls, and communication.
3. Database maintenance: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of databases, verifying records and updating information.
4. Administrative support: Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, document scanning, and other office support tasks.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding documentation, privacy, and data management.

Skills & qualifications:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
3. Candidates who reside Near Patel Nagar.
Technical skills:
1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Familiarity with CRM software.
3. Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
4. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
6. Problem-solving: Ability to resolve issues proactively and think critically.
7. Team player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support different departments.
8. Preference to female candidates only with good communication skills.
