Senior Analytics Consultant – GenAI

EXL Hiring for Senior Analytics Consultant – GenAI (Hybrid)

Join our dynamic team as a Senior GenAI Engineer and work on cutting-edge solutions that drive real business impact.

What You'll Do:

- Design and deploy GenAI applications: Agentic AI systems, LLM-powered tools, NLP pipelines, and chatbots.

- Build scalable analytics workflows using Python and SQL.

- Collaborate across teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.

- Fine-tune LLMs and evaluate model performance.

- Stay ahead with the latest GenAI frameworks and tools.

What We're Looking For:

- 4–8 years in Analytics / Data Science.

- 2–3 years hands-on experience with GenAI (LLMs, NLP, Chatbots, AgenticAI).

- Strong Python and SQL skills.

- Experience in prompt engineering and custom AI agent development.

Bonus Skills:

- PySpark, Machine Learning, Data Engineering.

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- MLOps for GenAI solutions.
