What You'll Do (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It):
Be the Face of BarLabs: Navigate the vibrant streets of Mumbai on your two-wheeler, becoming the go-to expert for our amazing products/services.
Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and pursue new leads, turning potential interest into successful deals. You're a pioneer charting new territory
Build Relationships, Not Just Sales: Forge strong, lasting connections with clients, understanding their needs and showing them how we can help.
Crush Your Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets, driven by a desire to win and grow.
Be Our Eyes and Ears: Gather valuable market feedback to help us stay ahead of the curve.
Who You Are (The Maverick Profile):
Experience: 0-2 years in sales or a customer-facing role. Freshers with a hunger to succeed are strongly encouraged to apply
Bonus Points: You'll have a serious advantage if you have prior experience in FMCG/Horeca sales or have worked as a bartender.
The Unstoppable Go-Getter: You are self-motivated, resilient, and don't get discouraged by a "no."
A People Person: You have excellent communication skills and can build rapport with anyone, anywhere.
Street Smart: You are organised, can manage your time effectively, and know how to plan your day on the go.
Essential Requirement: You must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driver's license. This is a field-intensive role, and the city is your playground.
