Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Mumbai, India is currently seeking applicants for a
Senior Engineer Quality Assurance.

What you will be doing:

1) Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, while updating and maintaining quality documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and control plans.

2) Ensure products and processes comply with regulatory and customer requirements, including REACH,

3) RoHS, and UL specifications.

4) Collect and analyze quality data, metrics, and KPIs on monthly basis for reporting to the divisional to

5) identify trends, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

6) Identify opportunities for process optimization and defect reduction, while leading initiatives to improve

7) product quality and customer satisfaction.

8) Conducting regular audits and reviews of product surveillance data, providing actionable insights to

9) improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

10) Proactively monitor and track the closure of audit observations to meet strict timelines.

11) Leveraged effective coordination with cross-functional stakeholders from different regions (Asia,

12) Europe, Americas) to promptly address and resolve customer complaints using the CCAR portal system.

13) Manage the document lifecycle, including revisions, approvals, and withdrawal of outdated versions,

14) ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

15) Work closely with Regional Quality Managers and sales teams to meet customer demands.
