We guide businesses across Energy, Supply Chain, and Financial Services toward environmentally conscious and socially responsible practices, helping clients build tailored ESG strategies, implement sustainable initiatives, and navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.

The Role

We're looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our team and lead ESG consulting engagements. You'll work directly on sustainability assessments, reporting frameworks, and strategic roadmaps for clients across diverse industries.

Experience:
1–3 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability

Work Model:
On-site with flexible arrangements based on project requirements

What You'll Do

  • Prepare sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and compliance documentation from the ground up—aligned with frameworks like GRI, TCFD, ISSB, and BRSR
  • Conduct gap assessments, materiality analyses, and ESG maturity evaluations
  • Develop ESG integration roadmaps and sustainability strategies for clients
  • Analyze carbon, energy, water, waste, and social metrics for client reporting
  • Create board-ready presentations and strategic documentation
  • Support client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate closely with research teams, analysts, and senior consultants, reporting to Project Leads or Directors

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability
  • Strong grasp of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to turn complex ESG data into clear insights
  • Proficiency with AI tools/LLMs, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
