Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting garments as per their needs.
  • Explain product features, fabrics, and styles to customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and proper documentation of sales.
  • Maintain stock displays, ensure shelves/racks are organized, and keep the store area neat.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
  • Coordinate with store manager and inventory team for stock replenishment.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (garment/textile industry preferred).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, POS, or cash handling.
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
