- Greet and assist customers in selecting garments as per their needs.
- Explain product features, fabrics, and styles to customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and proper documentation of sales.
- Maintain stock displays, ensure shelves/racks are organized, and keep the store area neat.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
- Coordinate with store manager and inventory team for stock replenishment.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (garment/têxtile industry preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, POS, or cash handling.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
