Job Title: CA or CS for CFO / HOD / Assistant Manager for Finance & Accounts Department

Job description

A previously listed company's entity with its Manufacturing Facility located in Byrnihat, Meghalaya is looking for able candidate for the above-mentioned position.

Compulsory Job Requirements and Job Description:

• Set SOPs for all commercial processes in the Industry such as Goods Receipt, GARN/GRN, Data collection, Data Entry, Audits, Checks, Payments, etc
• Independently manage and maintain the Books of Accounts for the manufacturing unit.
• Coordinate with Banks for Cash Credit limit compliances and paperwork.
• Ensure transition compliances of a Slump Sale of a unit.
• Help finalize and implement Customized Tally ERP or Equivalent for smooth operations
• Formulate and deliver Daily financial reports
• Conduct Accounts and Cost Audit every fortnight
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), TDS Returns, Income Tax Returns, ROC Returns, ESIC & PF Returns with full knowledge of relevant sections and applicable deductions.
• Prepare monthly GST Reconciliation (GST RECO) reports with complete accuracy.
• Generate and submit monthly stock statements to banks and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and reconcile interest deductions and statements related to Term Loans and Cash Credit limits.
• Follow up with vendors for GST Returns and Invoice uploads
• Proficiently manage all types of accounting entries in Tally ERP, including invoicing, delivery challans, E-way bills, and invoice formatting.
• Administer user controls and access rights in Tally ERP, ensuring proper audit trails and security.
• Ensures compliance with government requirements. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements: CS /CA/ ICWA/ CMA / CA Inter Qualified

Experience Required: Min 10 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance of a Manufacturing Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150, ₹200,000.00 per month
