1. Monthly Bank interest calculation

2. Vendor advances monitoring and timely booking of invoices against advances

3. Cross functional information and co-ordination

4. Timely submission of BRS, Payment process and Other related document to HOD,

5. Preparation of various MIS as required by HOD

6. Timely deposition of all statutory dues and filing of statutory returns and compliances.

7. Booking of expenses in SAP, Checking and verification of all vouchers to ensure proper posting in accounts.

8. Providing documents and information to Statutory auditors, Internal auditors and Bank auditors for smooth conduct of audit.

9. Monitoring debtors and creditors a/c for timely collection and payment respectively.

10. Timely issue of credit Notes or Debit Notes to parties or early settlement of any disputedaccounts.

11. Booking of PAN India purchase and stock transfer entries of raw materials and finishedgoods.

12. Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and physical verification of fixed assets with areasonable time interva

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
