  9. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and objectives.

  10. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  11. Inventory Management:

  12. Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production activities.

  13. Coordinate with procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and supply chain logistics.

  14. Documentation and Reporting:

  15. Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory records, and quality control documentation.

  16. Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role, preferably 2-3 years.

  • Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
