Salary Range: ₹10 – 13 LPA

Experience Required: 4 – 6 years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Private Hire who will drive revenue by securing event bookings, private space rentals, and F&B-led experiences. The role involves proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver premium experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage and grow sales for private hires, corporate bookings, social events, and F&B-driven experiences.
  • Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with strong follow-up and persuasive selling.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, agencies, and planners.
  • Host site visits, pitch presentations, and negotiations with professionalism.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with Events, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams for smooth event delivery.
  • Provide clear handovers and stay engaged for high-value/complex events.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales on monthly targets and strategy.
  • Share market insights, competitor updates, and new opportunities.

Mandatory Criteria

  • Must have worked in Mumbai and Hyderabad (currently or previously).
  • 4+ years B2B sales experience in Event Sales, Catering Sales, Banquet Sales (excluding weddings/receptions), or Luxury Hotel Sales.
  • Strong background in driving and managing sales for private hires, corporate bookings, and social events with an F&B focus.
  • Excellent communication, personality, and client presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as per event requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of proactive sales and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle clubs is an added advantage.
