Job Title: Software Engineer Backend - Python Chatbot Developer

Opportunity:

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbot solutions using frameworks like Rasa.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs using Python and Flask for seamless integration with chatbots and other services.
  • Fine-tune and optimize machine learning models for specific use cases using frameworks like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Implement and manage databases with SQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality conversational AI solutions.
  • Train and evaluate chatbot models for accuracy, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing chatbot systems and improve their performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML, chatbot development, NLP technologies, DialogFlow.

Experience Range:

2 - 4 years with technical hands-on experience in building intelligent chatbot solutions.

Technical Expertise:

  • 2+ years of experience with Rasa for developing conversational agents.
  • Proficiency in Python, Flask, and RESTful API development.
  • 1+ years of working with Hugging Face libraries for model fine-tuning and integration.
  • 1+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of NLP concepts and techniques for building effective chatbots.
  • Experience in fine-tuning and deploying pre-trained models for custom use case.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing chatbot applications.
  • Having worked with LLM is welcome, but not required.
