Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gen AI Engineer located in Pune. The
Gen AI Engineer
will develop and optimize AI-driven prompts for various chatbot applications and also develop end to end pipeline using RAG and LLM pipeline. They will work on understanding user intents, creating conversation flows, and refining existing chatbot interactions and also, select the best possible LLM, possibly tune a SLM. The role involves close collaboration with the delivery team, user experience designers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality conversational experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) and Django
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python
  • Understanding of chatbot platforms and Conversational AI tools
  • Skills in creating and optimizing conversation flows and user intents
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
