Job Summary:We are looking for a certified professional with extensive experience in IT and specialized knowledge in eTMF and CTMS specific software platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system support, data uploads, and compliance deliverables within the life sciences industry.

• Utilize expertise in the software platform, including data loading tools, comparison tools, audit trails, API tools, workflows, file management, collaborative authoring, configuration reports, access control, and user security roles.
• Assist business users with application features and data uploads.
• Provide hands-on system support, handle support tickets, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Create and manage compliance deliverables such as test plans, test scripts, risk assessment documents, traceability matrices, and other compliance-related documents.
• Specialize in electronic trial master file (eTMF) and clinical trial management system (CTMS), support ticket systems, and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize, plan, and implement enhancements to the CTMS.
• Lead efforts to configure the CTMS to adapt to evolving clinical trial requirements, ensuring seamless integration and support from vendors.
• Define strategies for configuring the CTMS to meet trial needs and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with the Product Owner (PO) to decide on solutions and process improvements.
• Co-define the priority of scripts to be automated first to ensure full coverage of system changes.
• Develop and deploy configurations in the system, supporting end-to-end documentation and validation of system change requests.
• Address production issues based on severity as determined by the business.
• Collaborate with Global Clinical Operations (GCO) and work closely with divisional clinical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Veeva certification.
• 10 years of IT experience.
• 5 years in the Veeva platform.
• Proven experience with data loading tools, comparison tools, audit trails, API tools, workflows, file management, collaborative authoring, configuration reports, access control, and user security roles.
• Strong understanding of compliance deliverables and requirements.
• Proficiency in support ticket systems and other project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with eTMF and CTMS.
• Veeva Vault Development Cloud.
