Job Description:
In this role you will be reviewing and doing analysis of our VoIP client requirements and ensuring that application requirements are properly documented and input into future code while ensuring day to day quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and daily operations of IT VoIP test systems.
- Requirements Analysis, Test Case development, and system testing of components to identify compliance, performance, and stability issues.
- Implement VoIP Server policies for service-controlled Routing and Redirections.
- Debug and Troubleshoot architecture for various calls features.
- Research and evaluate new technology related to network and telephony design, operations,
- management and network security
- Review business Requirements and provide feedback on areas of improvements.
- Interact with System Design team to understand system limitations.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the system test team, including trouble ticket management and track Escalations from other IT teams and Project management.
- Functional and feasibility testing of Telco features for VoIP / SIP and other Networking
Protocols, system and configuration management, and all other aspects of the product.
Quality assurance for web-based interfaces to VoIP subsystems. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a network or telecommunications environment.
- Familiarity with network concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Success Factors:
- To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in data analysis
- A good understanding of network concepts, protocols, and technologies is essential.
- You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and work well in a team environment.
- Be able to provide detailed documentation
