Job Summary:

The Kuri Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the kuri (chit fund) business, ensuring smooth conduct of auctions, managing member relations, handling collections, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations. The role requires strong leadership, financial management, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations related to kuri/chit fund activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate with staff for collections, member enrollments, and customer service.
  • Conduct kuri auctions on time, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Maintain proper records of subscribers, installments, and auction details.
  • Ensure 100% collection efficiency and minimize defaults.
  • Handle customer queries, grievances, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor defaulters and initiate recovery actions as per company policy.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Motivate and train team members to achieve business targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
  • Prior experience in kuri/chit fund/NBFC/financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local markets and customer base.
  • Ability to handle accounts, ledgers, and basic financial documentation.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Collection efficiency.
  • Growth in subscriber base.
  • Timely conduct of kuri auctions.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance and accuracy of reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
