Business Development Manager

In this critical leadership position, you'll be the architect of our growth. You'll head the New Business Development division, crafting strategies, forging partnerships, and securing clients from exciting startups hungry for top IT talent.
Here's what this role is all about:
- Become an expert on the startup ecosystem and understand the unique recruitment challenges faced by early-stage and high-growth companies.
- Develop and execute winning plans to identify, attract, and secure new startup clients for our IT recruitment services.
- Actively listen and understand the specific recruitment needs of each startup client, building customized solutions that deliver real results.
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for client acquisition and business growth.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams, ensuring a seamless approach to attracting and converting new clients.
- Inspire and empower your business development team to achieve outstanding results and build lasting client relationships.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally within recruitment industry.
- Possesses a deep understanding of both recruitment and the startup ecosystem.
- Builds strong relationships and thrives in consultative selling.
- Thinks strategically and can develop data-driven plans to drive new business growth.
- Leads by example, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing teams.
- Communicates effectively, clearly conveying the value we offer to startups.
- Uses CRM software and is comfortable with research tools.
