A Body Shop Advisor manages the repair process for collision-damaged vehicles, serving as the key liaison between customers, insurance companies, and technicians. Responsibilities include greeting customers, diagnosing vehicle damage, providing cost and time estimates, creating repair orders, coordinating part orders, monitoring work progress, keeping customers informed, and ensuring vehicle delivery on time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide "WOW" customer service.
  • Vehicle Assessment: Inspect vehicles to identify damages and clearly document the scope of repair work needed.
  • Quoting & Paperwork: Create detailed repair estimates, generate work orders, and manage service invoices.
  • Coordination: Work with the parts department to order necessary components and with insurance companies to process claims.
  • Project Management: Track the progress of vehicle repairs and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Communication: Keep customers updated on their vehicle's status, any delays, and potential additional services.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the completion of repairs and ensure vehicles are delivered clean and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
