Job Title: Product Developer

Location: Gandhinagar
Experience: 2 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Design & Development: Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototypes and test them to ensure functionality, safety, and market viability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring products from concept to market.
  • Product Testing: Oversee product testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Cost Management: Monitor production costs and ensure that product development stays within budget.
  • Product Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the product development process, including design specifications and testing reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing products and processes to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the product line.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Developer or similar role in product design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, prototyping, and production.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other product design tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of market research, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in product design, engineering, or a related field, or a master's degree is a plus.
