The Role:
We're a young startup, which means things could be a bit chaotic. We're a small team doing a bit of everything, and we're looking for someone who can jump in, roll up their sleeves, and grow with us.
You'll get to work on things like:
Talking to our members and supporting them through the process
Helping with marketing and sales
Managing and tracking leads and daily operations
We want someone who can add their own spark to everything they do and help the team learn and grow along the way.
What You Bring:
You've got a college degree.
You're curious and love learning new things (you'll learn a lot here).
You figure things out instead of getting stuck on problems.
You're warm, friendly, and good at making people feel comfortable.
You're comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.
You can write really well—this one's super important since you'll be doing a lot of it.
You're ready to work hard—this isn't a 9-to-5 job, and weekends might often need your attention.
If you're open-minded, eager, and don't shy away from getting things done, we think you'll fit right in.
Experience:
Not mandatory, it's be wonderful if you have done assignments where you have managed members onboarding and support, and are comfortable with CRM tools like Zoho.
Age:
Doesn't matter, as long as you're excited to learn and enjoy being part of a team.
Compensation: Appropriate to your experience and capabilities. Between Rs.18-35k per month.
