Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Migration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of migration services by identifying prospects, understanding their migration needs, offering tailored solutions, and converting leads into successful clients. A strong understanding of visa categories, immigration processes, and sales strategies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, or in-person consultations to understand their migration goals.
  • Provide accurate information about migration pathways, visa types (e.g., skilled, visa, partner, business), and eligibility requirements.
  • Qualify leads and assess clients' eligibility for various migration programs.
  • Guide clients through the sales funnel from inquiry to service sign-up and documentation collection.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client information, interactions, and status.
  • Collaborate with registered migration agents, legal advisors, and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
  • Represent the company professionally at seminars, webinars, events, and expos when required.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the migration, education, or consultancy industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Understanding of immigration and visa processes (Australian, Canadian, UK, etc., depending on region).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Education: Any Graduation
