With trained child therapists and counselors, the center aims to create a community of support for parents from prenatal stages to adolescence. It also offers online and in-person counseling for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Additionally, Connect provides educational consultancy to schools for policy development, structural reforms, and conducts audits to assess and improve existing school practices.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative and Documentation Executive, located in South Delhi with some work from home flexibility. The Executive will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating with counselors and therapists, scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. The role also involves supporting educational consultancy projects, organizing workshops, and maintaining database records.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including counselors, therapists, and clients
- Experience in preparing reports and presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- A background in psychology or education is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
