Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Compliances of direct tax, indirect tax laws, corporate laws and commercial laws etc. including registrations, filing of returns etc.
- Handle drafting and litigations of taxation and commercial laws
- Business, Financial, Investment, Auditing & Management Consultancy.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support lawyers in case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Assist in preparing for court hearings and trials by organizing case files and evidence.
- Communicate with clients and other legal professionals to gather information and updates on cases.
- Stay up to date on legal developments and trends to contribute to the team's knowledge base and overall success.
