Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Assistant located in Jaipur. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring effective communication. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining records, and coordinating front desk activities. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette to maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
