Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Program Ownership:
    Lead the entire affiliate lifecycle from start to finish. This includes identifying, vetting, and
    onboarding new clients and agencies
    , developing strategic campaigns, and managing their full execution and delivery.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:
    Plan and launch affiliate campaigns that align with our business goals. You will monitor performance in real-time, proactively optimize campaigns, and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliate partners. You'll build and nurture strong, lasting relationships by providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. You'll use data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new opportunities to expand the program.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    A
    minimum of 3 years
    of experience in affiliate marketing or a related domain.
  • Individual Contributor:
    A proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving results as an
    individual contributor
    .
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive:
    The ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic & Analytical:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for growth.
  • Excellent Communicator:
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must.
