Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead AI-Enabled Full Stack Development professional to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications on the Azure cloud Applications. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular, Azure services, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), combined with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted programming and AI model integration. This role requires strong technical leadership in managing a team of developers and testers, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and intelligent solutions. The candidate will champion AI-driven development workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and any AI tools available while ensuring robust DevOps practices, containerized deployments, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical aspects of product development from architecture design to deployment and release.
• Oversee the design and implementation of .NET Core, Angular, and Azure-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor and guide all levels of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, adherence to best practices, and architectural principles, while promoting AI-driven problem-solving.
• Contribute actively to code reviews, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and adherence to clean code principles.
• Drive innovation and development efficiency by leading the adoption of AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and continuously evaluating emerging AI and cloud technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Integrate AI and automation components into applications, including use cases like intelligent search, natural language interfaces, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
• Contribute to and continuously improve the CI/CD pipelines (using Azure DevOps), automated testing platforms, and unit testing frameworks to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Build and maintain data pipelines (SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Proactively monitor system health, rapidly respond to alerts, and implement long-term fixes to ensure the stability, performance, and quality of all applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Scrum, QA, DevOps, and Data teams) to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Lead all client communications related to technical scope, architecture decisions, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade software solutions, with experience leading a team of 10+ developers and testers.
• Core Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including .NET Core, C#, Angular, and SQL Server. Strong practical experience in database design, data modeling, and writing complex SQL queries, alongside familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB or MongoDB).
• Cloud & DevOps Mastery: Proven expertise in developing cloud-native solutions on Azure, utilizing key services like App Service, Function/Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Storage. Strong experience with DevOps practices, building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and practical knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Azure Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Expert) are a significant advantage.
• Quality & Version Control: Experience implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, unit tests, and QA pipelines. Hands-on proficiency with Git or other modern version control systems.
• AI Integration & Innovation: Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for development efficiency. Understanding of AI model integration, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs for enhancing application intelligence.
• Leadership & Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, driving sprints, and ensuring timely project delivery. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret and clearly convey complex business and technical requirements, while consistently meeting demanding deadlines.
