Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Senior .Net Developer for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune with an Experience of 8-10 yrs. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge .Net-based applications to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include creating scalable software systems, implementing Object-Oriented Programming principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The Tech Lead/Senior .Net Developer will also provide technical expertise, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts
  • Extensive experience in Software Development and .NET Core
  • Expertise in ASP.NET MVC and related .Net frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges
  • Proficiency in code optimization, debugging, and performance tuning techniques
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in teamwork, leadership, and mentoring junior developers
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD processes is a plus.
