Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Handle client requirements, understand job briefs, and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly reports.
  • Drive process improvements in recruitment for better efficiency and quality.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong client coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment consultancy is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
