Role Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – SAP S/4HANA to lead our enterprise sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for
SAP S/4HANA
.


• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and handover to delivery teams.


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.


• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams to design the right SAP solutions for clients.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients and decision-makers.


• Understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position SAP S/4HANA effectively.


• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.


• Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, pipelines, and achievements.

Required Skills & Experience:


•  
7–10 years of experience in SAP solution
sales, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA or large enterprise solution sales.


•  Strong understanding of SAP modules, digital transformation, and enterprise sales cycles.


•  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


•  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


•  Experience handling mid to large enterprise clients across industries.


•  Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
