We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
HR, Admin & Finance Intern
who is eager to learn and take ownership of tasks across people operations, administrative management, and finance processes. You will work closely with our leadership and functional teams to support daily operations, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop critical business skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including documentation and orientation support.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help coordinate internal training sessions.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, communications, and reports

Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
  • Handle facility management tasks, including office maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and equipment upkeep.
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.

Finance:

  • Assist in processing invoices, bills, and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Support basic bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
  • Help prepare reports related to budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Assist in data entry related to payments and receipts in accounting systems.
  • Support finance team in reconciling records and financial documentation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in
    Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields
    .
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership and work independently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
