1) Job Title: Architect (1+ Year Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architect with at least 1 year of hands-on professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about design, and capable of contributing to all phases of the architectural process—from concept design to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.
  • Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Participate in site visits and client meetings.
  • Support project documentation, code compliance reviews, and construction administration.
  • Use architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite) effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an architecture firm.
  • Proficiency in architectural design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sustainable or green building design.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with BIM processes.
