Job Title: Process Export Executive

Location: Noida

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Process Export Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international BPO operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage export documentation, client coordination, and process optimization effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end export process operations for international clients.
  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation and shipping procedures.
  • Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for management review.
  • Identify process improvement areas to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international BPO/process export operations.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
