Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement / Supply Chain Manager – Overseas Operations, based in Canada & Australia. The role involves overseeing supply procurement and management for international operations, developing and optimizing supply chain strategies, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials. Responsibilities include planning for demand, managing inventory levels, analyzing data for informed decision-making, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring procurement activities to achieve cost-effectiveness and operational excellence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong supplier relationships are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Demand Planning and Inventory Management
- Proficiency in Procurement and Supply Management processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating data and forecasting demand
- Proven organizational and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing supply chain operations is preferred
- Knowledge of international procurement regulations and compliance is an added advantage
