Telecaller Job in Noida at Pure Vedic Gems Private Limited

We are looking for a tele-sales executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and potential customers/clients. They should be responsible for customer sales and follow-up of inquiries given to them. The candidate will be required to interact with our clients the moment a lead is received, on a real-time basis. The customer sales executive will also get incentives apart from their salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by telecalling, mailing and follow-up.
- Answer questions of the customers about the products and services of the company and try to make the sale.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Maintain customer lead data follow-up on our CRM.
