Area Business Development Manager – CV

- Drive business growth by leading state-wide sourcing of Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) loans.
- Manage and mentor frontline sales teams (BDMs) to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, corporates, and DSAs.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing, compliance adherence, and seamless customer service.
- Actively promote cross-selling of liability and other banking products to maximize portfolio value.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage Dealers & DSAs to expand business sourcing.
- Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective products across the state.
- Drive state-level profitability by monitoring key metrics.
- Conduct financial analysis of clients and markets, identify risks, and optimize accordingly.
- Maintain a robust business pipeline with high activity.
- Generate business to consistently meet monthly revenue and profitability targets across CV & CE, Portfolios.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channels
- Relationship management with key strategic clients, Dealership Group & Coorporate DSA's
- Payout reconciliation
- Co-ordination with internal & external stake holders
- Canditate needs to have existing connects with customers of the state.
- He should be expert in understanding the balance sheet & income documents.
- He should have connect with state commercial vehicle and construction equpment associations, Dealer, DSA, OEM
- He should be having knowlege of deliquent portfolio
- He should have connects with big cotractors who are giving major projects to Cv and CE operators & Corporate DSA's
- Ensure all the team members achive productivity norms
