Job Title: Accounts & Operations Manager – Tally | Procurement | Software Coordination

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Accounts & Operations Manager for our Class A Government Contracting firm based in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting using Tally, managing procurement activities, and overseeing software and system coordination related to project operations and compliance.

This is a critical role with cross-functional responsibilities across accounts, purchasing, and internal software systems used in managing public sector infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all accounting functions including data entry, ledgers, reconciliations, GST returns, TDS, and financial reporting through Tally ERP.
  • Oversee and streamline purchase processes – from requisition to PO generation, vendor coordination, and invoice verification.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, assets, and project-related expenditures.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for ERP/project management tools, licensing, issue resolution, and updates.
  • Assist with statutory compliance, audits, and documentation aligned with government tender norms.
  • Interface with banks, CA firms, and government departments when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tally and accounting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
  • Experience with construction, EPC, or government contracting domains is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal software platforms.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Operations) or equivalent.
