Additional Responsibilities:You will be the resident technical product expert who will handhold the customer through the configuration, integration and go-live process

You will liaise with the internal teams for troubleshooting and bug resolution

Demonstrate the suggested use of the CB platform through a Conference Room Pilot (CRP)Create/update a Business Requirements document based on the CRP execution as well as work done in integration and data migration

Help create and execute against a Statement of Work (SOW)Help drive the Implementation through regular video conference calls, email, and Slack correspondence

Identify potential gaps and issues during Implementation and solve them with help of internal team(s)Focus on decreasing the Time to Value (TTV) for your customers while maintaining a very positive customer experience

Be a true consultant and help customers make the right business decisions for their billing infrastructure

Maintain high productive utilization while contributing to multiple, concurrent customer projects

Maintain time tracking, project tracking, and CRM data hygiene

Share implementation weekly status reports with the customers

Update the Solution Handbook with implementation updates to ensure context is carried forward to subsequent teams

As an Implementation Consultant, you own the customer onboarding process from end-to-end and are responsible for consistently delivering a best-in-class customer experience
