Link for our LinkedIn page: CSDO ConsultantLocation: Anywhere in the USAJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be CSOD implementation certified, with a strong track record of successful end-to-end implementations across multiple modules. This is not an admin role—we're looking for someone who has deep functional knowledge and can directly interface with clients on solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and support CSOD module implementations, including:LearningPerformanceSuccessionRecruitingLxP (Learning Experience Platform)Talent LinkMyGuideTalent MarketplaceWork closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and provide training and support. Conduct at least 1–2 system integrations with third-party platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Required Qualifications:CSOD Implementation Certification (in one or more modules). Minimum (X) years of experience in implementing and configuring CSOD.Strong client-facing and consulting experience.

Experience with 1–2 system integrations. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications:Certifications or hands-on experience with multiple CSOD modules.

Experience with legacy LMS platforms like Saba or SumTotal is a plus. Exposure to talent management best practices. ** NIIT is an equal-opportunity employer.
