As the Lead-Asset Cross Sell, you will be a key influencer in our Digital Banking strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative cross-selling strategies, ensuring a personalized and seamless customer journey. You will collaborate with diverse teams, leveraging your deep understanding of digital banking products to offer tailored solutions and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative cross-selling strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales potential.
- Identify and target high-value customers for personalized cross-selling opportunities, fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with product teams to create customized banking solutions, addressing unique customer needs.
- Build and nurture strong connections with existing customers, promoting loyalty and partnership.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify cross-selling opportunities and refine strategies.
- Train and mentor sales teams on effective cross-selling techniques, sharing industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on cross-selling performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring the bank's competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all cross-selling activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in cross-selling or sales.
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking products and services, including mobile and online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills for informed strategic decision-making.
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools for efficient workflow management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
