As a Team Member in the FinCon Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting the bank's digital banking products and services. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and expanding the bank's digital footprint in the region. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Kotak 811 digital banking products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest digital banking trends and market dynamics to provide relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during sales processes.
- Attend and participate in regional sales meetings and events to promote the bank's offerings.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within the region for sales and promotional activities.
- Fluency in local languages is an advantage for effective communication.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services, especially digital offerings.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and customer success.
